Extremely attentive staff went above and beyond.

i almost thought this place would be a hidden gem, but the loud road noise and that challenging door lock really ruined it for me. i was expecting a welcome gift or something special—how hard is that? i definitley can’t believe i just couldn’t give a good review!

The room offered a solid amount of storage space, which was a real plus during my stay. Sitting on the verandah to watch the flow of tuk tuks and Baò Baòs provided a unique view that brought the area alive.

The road noise during the day created a noticeable disturbance. It settled down nicely at night. The door lock mechanism was a bit tricky to maneuver and could catch you off guard. Limited parking was an inconvenience-make sure to plan accordingly if you're driving.

I absolutely loved my stay! The rooms were incredibly clean and had a fully stocked mini bar which made it feel like a treat. The terrace was a fantastic spot to unwind, though parking was a bit tricky.

The street noise can be a bit much during the day, but it calms down at night. A kettle in the room would’ve been nice for my tea.

The Deluxe Queen Room was beautifully arranged and impeccably clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and made arrangements for the air conditioning to be on before our arrival, creating a perfect environment. The view of the garden was a lovely touch that enhanced our relaxing experience there.

The dining options were somewhat repetitive, limiting choices during our stay.

gwandalan house is a cozy retreat with very comfortable beds and a luxurious bathroom. it offers a lovely second floor terrace where you can relax with a drink and enjoy the view. the accommodating staff made my stay even better. plus, having complimentary bottled water was a great touch!

It was just a smart choice for a brief pit stop in Dipolog with good value for price. I appreciated that they provided a cup and hot water for my tea, even though I didn’t drink coffee. Check the parking situation ahead of time if you're driving.
